lol,, yep, thats why the new ones work so well!! they not only grease them up,,, but they leak all over the place as well!!

took me almost 20 minutes to get that fvcker off last time!! so hard to get at, let alone grip it and turn it!

i have a set of filter removal plyers just for them,,, i use to just stab them with a screw driver on the side a coulpe of times and turn them off,,lol

thats what i do it amazes the the amount of people who done put oil around the seal when they put a new filter on

I lube them up and crank them back a third of a turn or so... they're still stubborn 5k miles later, haha
