The plastic piece surrounding where you put your key in to start the truck broke off. I have 97 k1500. When I start it now, it is far more difficult without that piece of circular plastic. How would I go about replacing it?
Thanks

Can someone send me a link on what I need to buy?
You shouldn't need to buy a thing. It literally pops off of there and back off of there for when you're removing the upper column cover. You normally pry it off and then press it back on while it's lined up sometimes it takes a tap or two with a small hammer.

I think it's part of the ignition cylinder itself
