Broken headlight wire on a Freightliner. Tucked in the wire loom between the engine mount and frame rail. Someone pierced the insulation while testing and the wire corroded off.

Fixed the amber strobes on this BNSF truck... More aftermarket wiring than OEM ford in this truck. I liked how they setup the power distribution block so much I'm going to do exactly the same in my truck

Ever wondered what a trailer ABS valve looks like inside? Rubber seals hardened up and leaked in this one.

Diagnosed a shorted air solenoid in this Volvo air solenoid pack. Measured aprox. 1.6 ohms... No spec of course (Damn Volvo engineers) but the replacement was 18 ~ ohms. Found that the solenoid had leaked (Made of thermo-injected plastic so you wouldn't expect it to leak) and had corroded from the inside out.

I've somehow become the APU tech at work... ThermoKing Tripac with an Ingersoll engine had a fuel leak. Plastic supply line rubbed through on a steel injection line between the filter and pump.
