New K2500 owner from Sweden!

Hi,

I just bought myself a new truck, been looking for a while. And I found this, a GMC Sierra K2500 -97. 6,5L Diesel.
I've been looking around this forum and been getting some tips.

First on the todo list is to get the cruise working. Right now its completely dead.

I am wondering about the tires. The front tires stick out 2-3 cm or 1" as you would say . Is this normal? The front axle being wider?
You can see it in this picture. I have removed the front wheels but no spacers or so on there. The rims have the same offset too.

Welcome. I can't tell on my phone but are they aftrrmarket wheels? The backspacing may cause them to stick out.
