I've been lurking on here for a few weeks now. I found my way here via PT.net, google and GMFS.
About a month ago I picked up a 90 RCSB z71 for the awesome price of $600. So I've been working on it ever since. The back half of the frame was almost rusted out the whole way through. Has the OEM shocks on it so I believe that it was never given any repairs. After about three days of paying a welder to sturdy up the frame I'm about to start putting it back together.
Parts in the garage, new flooring, 3" body lift, 2" blocks (gonna crank the T-bars a little for now) all new Pro-comp shocks. New gas tank, fuel pump and lines they were so rusty I crushed them when I took them off. I've got the welder fabing up a rear bumper to replace the stock one that was trashed.
