Has anyone ever used these headers on thier tbi 350? I’m thinking about running these but am unsure if I should get some good quality header gaskets or if the ones it comes with are good enough.

I used I think Percy's gaskets. Didn't use that brand header but last 2 times I used gaskets that came with headers they didn't last long. Vortecs soundin like a tractor.... or Ford Triton...

Also I think you can get Summit brand ceramic coated for bout same price.

Perhaps a moderator will move this thread to the EXHAUST sub-section.

Ordinary header gaskets work just fine IF (big IF) the header flanges are THICK, and STRAIGHT; and the header bolts are re-torqued a time or two.

Crappy cheap headers need expensive gaskets the most.

How thick are those flanges?
