Thank you yeah post up pictures if you would. I have the offset 0RD zero rates actually. I'm just debating wether or not its necessary.

After looking through my photobucket I realized they must all be on my old computer... in Texas... 1200 miles away.
I'll look around more to see if I have some somewhere though. Also be careful with those springs, they will sag a decent amount after a while. I ended up going to some 4 inch f250 springs.

I would be willing to bet with that low lift and the hi pinion 60 you could almost run your stock driveshaft and just
have the axle side yoke changed to a 1330. I had to order a flange yoke from Jesse at HAD and now just getting to
a driveline.

I looked into it a little more, The stock driveshaft completly binds up at full droop. The front has about 10 inches of travel, way more than that factory shaft was designed for.. Good suggestion on changing the yoke. Ill have to go to the drivline specialist and see what they think, might just get a new shaft made. Also on the leaf springs I'm not to hapy with them. They are softride springs so the arch has got me questioning the ride quality. I may add another leaf to to pack to get it back up where it needs. to be. This weekend the plan in to raise the rear end with the add a leaf kit that I have and go from there.

Bilstein 5100s and open end center caps were ordered and suppose to come friday. The crossover steering and exhaust is setup to be welded out tomorrow thanks to my buddy Jason M so I can get that back in and make alignment adjustments. Should be bolting down my diff cover and filling with oil tomorrow as well as routing my new vent hose. I've been driving a ford F350 all week so far and I'm just itching to get back in the chevy.

I would wait till you drive it to claim you're unhappy with them (you may be unhappy, you may be happy (I'd wait to claim quality after a few miles to get used to the new suspension)). They'll probably ride pretty good, being the amount of sprung weight your truck has and the low spring rate of your springs. I'd be willing to bet the truck would ride worse with an extra leaf just thrown in the mix.

Drove the truck yesterday for the first time and took it down to breakfast this morning on the highway got it up to 75 MPH for testing purposes. Normally I do about 65 Max. It rides very well, better than I initially anticipated and Daniel was spot on with his above post. I wouldn't change a thing about it. Minimal bump steer. The f-350 brakes are a huge improvement over stock, really impressed. The thing hauls down quick. I am still working on dialing in the alignment. I have 6 degrees of caster and I have the toe within a 1/16" give or take. The steering wheel is very close also, may need to tweak the crossover to get it better. I kind of screwed myself by using stock f-250 spring plates and shock mounts because the front shocks I offered were too long. Gonna exchange them for a different set. I am really set on bilstein so I'll have to recalculate. Lifted the rear today...

Used some 14 mm stainless threaded rod and c clamps to do the add a leafs

Still need to get some pictures of the truck in its current state. Right now my fender heights are 43 1/4" front and 43 7/8" rear. Its pretty much perfect in my opinion. Didn't want it to be too high. Still a work in progress at this point. Going to put my steering stabilizer on before work tomorrow and shoot some photos.
