axle shims needed after 2" lift using blocks and crank???

I have 2 inch non angled blocks on mine. I had the same question about shims so I actually measured my angles and they were still within spec with my 2 inch block without any shims.

Same here. I'm running 2" blocks, flat, and angle is still within spec so didn't have a need for any shims.

Gmt800 trucks came factory with a 2" flat block. They had no problems. For some reasons the when you put them on a Gmt400 there happens to be a problem. Everyone I know that put flat blocks on had the same problem, although it was never major.

There is many variables with the older trucks though. Things depend on your leaf spring bushings, u-joints, and overall fatigue of your rear springs. IIRC your drive shaft should be 3*-4*.

The shaft should be no more than 3 degrees and both angles should be within 1 degree of each other
