I'm sure there is an acceptable limit on differences in tires. Not all tire manufacturers make their tires exactly the same size. There are some variances.

No, if you take any tire size from 4 different manufacturers they will be different for sure, not enough to be a big deal though.

Nah, the chrome in the smoked housing plus the diamond shapes is a little too much for me. I prefer stockish looking with LED's.... but to each his own.
