    Oil Cooler Line Fitting size

    I am making up my own oil cooler lines and I have no idea what size and thread the fitting into the radiator is. It looks like 1/2" NPT but I am not sure. I have attached the pictures of the radiator and older fitting.

    Painting with POR-15.

    Has anyone ever had any issues brushing on POR-15 gloss black? The first coat I put on is nearly clear. I stirred and and shook the paint before applying it. The surface is majority plain steel that has been sanded down to 80 grit and I used metal prep on it before painting.

    Drive By Wire

    I am doing a 6.0L LQ9 Swap into a 98 K1500 Sierra. The engine has a FBW throttle body on it currently but the engine did not come with a pedal or TCM. Should I convert over to a Drive by cable or are there ways to still use the Fly By Wire set up?
