New radio. Now truck wont start.

Has anyone every had this happen. I installed a new pioneer radio in my 98 k1500. Now I can't get my truck to start. I know the stock radio has something to do with the anti-theft. Does anyone else know how to get around this? Can you by pass the Antitheft?

I think it's something to do with the bus or that's what another forum stated google it see what comes up good luck.
