Go to Steve's muffler off 357 at 29 in greer. They do good work at good prices. They are behind the used car lot on the corner.

So today at work, I tracked down a harness for my radio, and spliced together the adapter and radio harnesses. Once I finally got home, it was dark and freezing, but I went ahead and installed the radio and the Bluetooth microphone on the A pillar. Since I already had the dash all apart, I couldn't resist replacing all of the bulbs in my instrument cluster and HVAC controller. I only had one bulb out but that's enough to drive me crazy when I stare at it in the dark. I did have the SES light on, so I pulled that bulb and replaced it with one of the burned out bulbs. I have access to a scanner, so I'm not worried about if the light works or not.

I had planned to replace the blower motor resistor, but that thing is in a tight spot. That's going to be a job to be done in the daylight and at least a little warmer temperature.

I really like that radio. Looks like it would come from the factory (more than any other aftermarket headunit 've seen) but with the features of a modern radio

It has every feature you can imagine...even weatherband! It is made to go into big rigs, but for the price...I couldn't beat it! I'm past the age of flashy complicated radios, but not past the age of wanting all of the cool features. I'm gonna enjoy that Bluetooth!!

Looking at this pic reminds me that my DRLs aren't actually working even though the indicator is...I haven't dug any further than checking the fuse though. May have to get a module when I pay a visit to the Pick a Part this weekend...along with the headlight harness and possibly a white RH fender.

After work today, I decided to tackle replacing the blower motor resistor. What a pain that is to do. 3 skinned knuckles, countless different cuss words and 1 game of hide and seek with a wayward screw, it was installed!! It sucks having big hands sometimes, but now my blower motor works on ALL speeds! Mission accomplished!!

When I got home, I discovered that the Rock Auto Santa had stopped by the house!! Still more to come in the next couple days!!

Just my luck...after I replaced the resistor yesterday, the blower worked amazing on every speed on the drive home. This morning while driving to work the fan was working fine...until it didn't. I'm not yet sure what happened, but I did tap the blower motor and wiggle the wires going into the resistor and the relay that's beside it. In a little bit I'm going to go check my fuses and swap a relay or two around, if that don't resolve the issue, I'll check the back of the control module for melted wires, plug etc. Is there anything else I need to check other than that and if the motor is getting power?

When mine did that the plug on the back of the fan speed switch had melted and the two bottom wires weren't making a good connection. Check that plug out an see if that's it.
