Ive done some pretty good offroading since I used the 3/4 ton springs and I haven't really noticed a difference. I got used to the ride after a day or so and I have been perfectly happy with the results. I have some kind of 3" lift on my truck with a 3" block in the rear and Im not sure if these springs will give the lift to replace the blocks. When I hook up the trailer, the truck sits almost level if not sitting front end down.

Thanks Horns for the clarification.

So how much lift do you have total with the 3/4 ton springs and 3 inch block? it looks to be about 6 inches so the 3/4 tons are about a 3 inch lift by themselves? And what do you have in the front for a lift? Btw love the truck!

Thanks. Not sure about the amount of lift because the truck came with the lift installed but my fender measurements are 39 3/4 inch rear and 39 1/2 inch front. These measurements are taken from the ground to the bottom center of the wheel well. I think the lift is a procomp lift but not sure. I cranked the front torsion bars up a little after I installed the 3/4 ton springs to help level the truck. I want to get a 4 inch rcx lift for the front someday to level the truck. As far as the shackle flip I have read about them but don't remember any specifics. IIRC I read about them in the SAS builds because most are doing that and getting rid of the rear blocks.
