Shackle flip kits usually add about 4" to the rear of the truck. When i finally lift the K1500 (timing depending on being able to get airmanskees old lift) i will prob wind up doing a rear shackle flip. The shackle kits i have found add about 1.75 to the rear of the truck.

So how much does the shackle flip lift the rear because you have two different measurements?

Just for gits and shiggles...

I did a 1 ton leaf pack swap with my shackle flip and this is how high my rear sits now.

Front is 8-9" SAS and the rear sits about where my truck did with the IFS 6" kit on 4" blocks and AAL.

So with a 2" shackle flip, the 1 ton springs netted me about 3-4" of lift in the rear.
