I recently swapped the convenience harness that has factory keyless entry from a 98 Chevy c1500 onto my 98 gmc c1500 that did not have factory keyless entry. Is there any difference in the power window harness from a truck that did not have keyless entry to one that did?

Windows, no. Locks, yes. The switches in the doors are wired differently between keyless and not.

You can repin, it's not difficult by any means. The window switch connectors are at least the same so you can use the following wire diagrams to piece out what needs to be moved.

Without keyless: https://www.ak49bwl.com/other/wires/1997K1500/PDF--PNG/PowerLocks.png

Yes it says 97 but the locks stayed the same 95+ as long as you didn't have a BCM, which wasn't a thing until 99
I need some help figuring out what exactly I need to change to make it work. As it is right now the locks don’t work and only the passenger side is barely working, it wants to unlock and lock but it doesn’t
