Wierd lighting interior light dim

I have wierd issue with lighting that developed today. The courtesy light is on along with footwell and cargo lights. There not on at full brightness there dim. They work fine when i open door but i close it they turn off to this. Never had this before. What could this be? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Very weak connection. Switch contacts getting bad.

Yeah, sounds like a fault in the door pin. Easy to diagnose with a multi meter.
