what size cups should i use PLEASE HELP

I hav a 97 sierra ecsb and i just finished tubbing my firewall.. its was on 20's and now im putting it on 22'(265/35/22).. need to know if i should cut my cups down.. they are 3" cups that layed frame on my 20s s do i need to cut them down for 22's?

My upper cup's are cut to 2 3/4 in. to lay on my 265/35/22's.

I cut mine down as well, not running 22's yet though.

Ok thank you guys.. so just cut to 2 3/4" and i will lay out fine?

I was able to, but I trim just a little at a time until it just lay's, if you cut to much you will loose lift.
