So my last tank was 14 on winter gas. I couldn't really do calculations with all the idle warm up time over winter. I don't real know if the salad bowl helped at all. I now have 285's compared to the 245's the po had put on it. I should change my speedo to make it more accurate.

best ive ever hade was 18.8 mpg on a tankful, all highway, with a 4 inch lift, a/t tires, imagine my mpg will drop to around 14

99 2dr 2wd tahoe averages around 14 half city half highway the first week I had her. So there was some playing involved and learning truck. I've got over 300 on this tank and still have between a quarter and empty. That's all highway and 2 days of city. Going to see how long till the light comes on and then fill her up and see how she did.
