What can i do to my 4l60e to beef it up without tearing into it?

My first gear is sluggish at first and i was just wondering if anybody could tell me what they think it is and if anybody has the same trans do any of yall have anything done to it to make it stouter without tearing into to it?

Shift kit and vette servo are about the only things you can do without removing the tranny, you can also install a higher stall torque converter but you'll have to drop the tranny to do that
