Vortec 7400 rough idle

I did get a check engine light now. P0170

The truck is bone stock. The previous owner had the work done so im not sure. The mods listed below are on my Tahoe. Im going to try to get ahold of a scan tool.

Ooops sorry, you did mention that. Still, the difference is obvious if you know what the original looks like. I think the 350 uses the same one.
