Now that softball's over and my damn bathroom's remodeled (family of 4 with only 1 useable bathroom) I'll have time for some retrofittin'!
I've decided to base (a majority) of my future conversions on a trade-for-services/items type deal. I've been slacking lately, interior's half done and I could use a few things on the outside too.
I'll update this regularly for items/services I'm talking about.
* This does not apply to ******-bags, trolls, non-active and downright rude Members.
** Amount of services WILL VARY depending on history between YOU and I.

As stated earlier I'm mainly wanting to trade. If you don't have any of these items you could always buy it (after we work out a deal) and then we could trade.
