Trouble codes and engine noise

97 Chevy k1500 5.7l 280k miles. Running no cats and got a engine knock /tap.
Cyl 1-170, 3-170, 5-90, 7-160
Cyl2-160,Cyl4-150 , Cyl6-140, cyl8-170
P0327-Knock sensor
P0305- cyl 5 miss
P0102-mass air flow
P0161-02(intermittent)
That’s my codes and results from a compression test. Anyone have any idea of what i need to do to address this noise and rough idle with it

cylinder leak down test to find the cause of cylinder # 5's low compression it is possible that #5 is causing the P0327. Check MAF for poor connection, dirty element , open circut
