anybody that has removed the roof rack what did you put when you took the roof rack to fill in the holes???? dont want to take it off and it start leaking

I filled them up with some sealant and a clear plastic plug. You can't even tell their on there. Once I get it painted they'll be ground down and the holes welded up, instead of just bondo. No leaks yet. . . . . .

I did the same thing...I used a ton of silicon sealant and so far so good.
