replced the delco wires with 8mm accel wires still have some arcing going on not much but it's there

Wrap them in electrical tape

Or return them. Plug wires from auto parts stores usually have lifetime warranty. At least in my experience.

Personally, never had luck with Accel wires. I use Taylor Wires on the Montes and haven't had any issues.

I used accel wires on my old s-10 blazer and my camaro and never had any issues are you using those little wire seperator bracket things to make they arent crossing or touching?

Agreed use wire seperators. Still odd they're arcing though. I've found with plug wires as long as they're a good name brand normally they're ok
