First sequence, he catches half a dozen fish in one strike.

Second sequence, he plunges talons into deep water right to the bottom to grab his prey.

Third sequence, he captures a big trout that looks as if it weighs more than he does!

I love watching those things work! The thing is I've seen them pluck fish for years now and never realized that they lead with their talons until now....in real time it all happens way too fast to see it!

Ospreys are unreal birds of prey. I've seen them snag some big fish! Month ago I saw an eagle attempt at picking up 10lb+ fish, it hit the water hard, and swam 100 yards to the beach.. with the fish still in it's grasp!

Edit: Holy ! That thing picked that flounder off the bottom!??! WOW

Damn that is Bada$$! Kinda chuckled at the 1:20 mark, Osprey just starts shrugging off water then does a shoulder roll as if saying "What?, Yea i know im a bad motherfooker..."
