Ended up going back to stock housings but drilled out the busted bolts, and then just adjusted them the best I could and self tapped them there. Better, but still horrible.
ANd I fixed my 4hi mod.

Then I just couldn't let my exhaust do this anymore:

So I got under there and tried to come up with a new game plan. Buddy gave me the new exhaust off his CCLB OOBS Chevy. Its a single 3" Magnaflow. Only problem is mine is true duals with a scabbed in H pipe and ty 22" glasspacks, and the crappy cats I put back on after my others were stolen.

This is where my "Y pipe" should be but it is duals instead.

ANd also unveiled another leak at my cats. SO I am going to "cheat" the o2s, and Y it into the new 3" pipe and put in the plug non foulers to keep the O2s there.

Then I decided to fix the 3rd brake light after I wired it up wrong. (Had the ground of the Cargo light and the hot from the brake light. Would only turn on with the door open or cargo light on, and the brakes applied.)

And since I had 4hi headlights, why not 4hi brake lights too?!
