What is these s202,s206,s203. I think the c means connector. What does the S mean. And what’s in the wire in that location??

There are various wire splices in the harness and the diagram appears to indicate a location with a number that likely references actual wires that are connected in that spot

It is a factory splice pack. In the actual wiring harness there are several locations where you'll find what looks like black duct tape with many of the same color wire going into each of them. That's a splice pack.
