S-10 engine dies at red light

I have a 1993 S-10 Blazer with the 4,3W engine. The engine will sometimes go dead at red lights. It does it whether the A/C is on or off. I replaced the IAC and it helped but it will still cut off at a stop.

The 4.3 in my red truck did a similar thing once, ended up being a vacuum line that had worked it's way loose and caused a leak. Replaced that line and all was well.
