Rough/Timid Idle

Hellomagain everyone! New problem! Start my truck, idle runs up high on rpms and takes almost 5-10 seconds to idle down to normal idle. I go into drive, hot the gas, take my foot off the gas to slowdown and the idle stays and 1100 rpms rather than dropping down....and it only drops down when I brake to ALMOST a complete stop...suggestions?

Lower intake gasket leak
Vacuum leak
Throttle body gasket or replace whole throttle body

are you asking if it's one of them leaks or telling us?

don't forget iac and tps in there.
