Replacing Control Arm Bushings?

I have my engine out, so im thinking it may be easier to do this now, just curious if anyone has done this and has any advice about replacing these bushings.

It is just as easy either way. Remove the control arm from the truck. Use a press to press the old ones out clean up the bore and press the new ones in. If you dont have a press bring the arms and new bushings to somebody who does and have them do it. I have done without a press and it sucks and is a lot of extra work if they are real old.
