rear sway bar install

I tried that n found out for my 89 with the 4.3 engine wasn't equipped for sway cars bc it's only a 5 lug but its a sway bar for a v8

Does that matter? Im gonna get a rear sway bar once i gets the funds, im curious about that too but im guessing its a non issue

Engine size don't matter, as far as fitment goes. My blue truck (V6) has a rear bar off of a Suburban.
Truck's that came only with a front bar, have a larger one than if it came with both. I use those with a rear bar!

I can either mount directly to the frame or build brackets to put the sway bar end links in
