Quick Question!

I have been hunting around for an answer and can't seem to find it through the Google machine or Forum Search.

I have a lead on a 2000 3/4(4x4) ton 14b 3.73 for a damn good price. Will that drop into my 96 Z71?

Is it 8 lug or 6? Either way it'll work. But you may not want it if it's 8lug because your front is 6lug.

Thanks. Just starting my parts process for SAS. Found a 2000 14b with same gears as what I have so I will probably replace my old weak 10 bolt for this one until I can get a front D44 or D60 and start my parts collection.
