Just a kid here, was wondering if it would be too much to try to get 1" of lift from torsion crank in the front and a block in the rear? thanks!

as long as your torsion bars are not to whipped, you could get closer to 2" of lift in the front. But be sure to get it aligned right after otherwise you will tear up tires. If your front end components are weak or loose, get them done right away, the different angle

I'll echo twomany's statement. You *should* be able to get 2-3 inches with the torsion bars. If you want an inch, crank towards 2 inches so that when the truck settles, you still have the inch of lift you wanted. Definitely get an a lighten afterwards.
