Parking lights and 2 dash lits all that are working HELP!!

Runs off tha POS? It looks to be a ground wire, but not if its coming off the pos. Most likely an old power line to a long removed gizmo.

yeah its a PITA. I've hada edumacate myself outa pure nessesity. Gdamn shops want yer first born just to diagnose.

D/C is really pretty simple in concept. Power to fuse to Relay/switch to ground. Its just the spaghetti bowl u gotta wade thru.

Ha! No.

The grounds fer the chassis lighting should be located on the rear frame rail on the DS close to the back bumper. On the front frame rail PS next to the upper a-arm/or the neg batt terminal. If the grounds are not located there, then put them there. Just tie into the black wire in the lighting harness. The lighting harness begins at the firewall below yer cruz control box, to the right of the sterring column. Its the group that runs along the DS fender and includes the Windshield/washer and the horns.
Your headlight wires are;
+ lowbeam-tan
+ highbeam-Lt green.
- Both-Black.

U said u replaced the steering column? Check the highbeam switch for monkey business. U a got DRL relay? replace it.

I doubt I have a DRL relay the column is out of a 91 but if I did where would it be?

That wire should go either to the starter solinoid or the distro block on the P side of the firewall. See if u got an open terminal on the distro block.
