Do you have spark, as verified by a spark tester calibrated for HEI ignitions?
What is the fuel pressure? How old is the fuel filter? Have you ever replaced the spider injectors?

Consider removing the ignition module from it's heat sink. Clean the module bottom, and the heat sink it attaches to. Replace the thermal paste, re-seat the module on the heat sink and tighten the screws. In the process you'll remove and then replace the electrical connections to the module which may scrape off any accumulated corrosion.

Some folks would just replace the module; but aftermarket modules may not be as good as the Genuine GM module your truck came with. I wouldn't give up on it without a fight--proving the module was truly defective, versus some other problem in the ignition system or ignition wire harness.

Beyond that, follow the Genuine GM service manual procedure for P1351.
