Yup, my original "GM" radiator tank leaked on the driver's side, so it happens.

The PS power steering lines sometime run up into the frame in that area. @Schurkey (I think it was) mentioned recently that he had had a PS line leak there.

Thanks, I did find the oil lines loose where they went into the radiator.
Supposedly it is a new radiator.
