I am planning on doing 2 of these trucks a 95 2wd maybe I'll just switch the cabs around

No reason to worry about switching cabs. If you're doing automatic to manual conversions, no firewall hole there for the clutch master already - the 92-95 NV4500 using the clutch master style that you can easily make the holes for without worry of the stepped design 96-up use. As I said before though just be sure you make a really good template from the donor truck so you get the holes in the right spot.
