The one at the gas tank is. Should there be another one from the bed to the frame?

Neither for the LEDs. I figured I’d get them if I got the hyper flash.
Start with the ground wire. Is it reattached to the new rear frame?
The LEDS will hyperflash without a load module or a time-based flasher. Did you install either?
I have the hyperflash. Is it better to use the load module or LED flasher? If it’s the load module, do you need one at each light?

Flasher, definitely the flasher. Heres why: the load device generates heat. Heat will melt or burn: wiring sheathing, paint, etc.

Flasher: EP29 for the 95 and newer
