I would say 12k would be a max for that truck. I could see maybe if it was a limited production truck but how many ECSB trucks are out there??

He's a farmer. I guarantee there are tons of trucks out there (not necessarily GMT400's) that have little to no miles on them, just like that. I've seen that a lot with older farmers in my area.
