Hello everyone. I'm stationed in Northwest Florida and I recently purchased a new-to-me 2000 Z71 Tahoe.
So far I've done the basics to make sure its a reliable daily driver for me:
Replaced fuel filter
Replaced radiator, thermostat & all coolant hoses
Flushed the transmission and installed new filter
Changed oil & filter with Valvoline High Mileage oil
Ordered replacement headlights (old are really yellowed)
I've also cleaned the throttle body of all the carbon build up and greased every suspension fitting I could find. I'm looking forward to getting past the "must do" things to make it reliable and getting to the "want to do" things.
I've attached a picture.
