Need help finding replacement parts for lift kit

Any one know what the part is that is missing from the circled areas in this pic?
I suppose they're called bushings, but that doesn't help when finding the part for replacement.

Energy Suspension Has universal bushings sold by size. You can get them @ Summitracing.com

Since the bushings don't move they could be replaced with anything from steel to Delrin. As long as it's firm enough and won't corrode, the material doesn't matter.

They likely had a somewhat flexible material to allow for ease of assembly. The new part is precisely made but our trucks not so much!

I finally found out it's called kicker bar bushings or crush sleeves. In addition I found RCD part # 10-41089 to be a replacement and awaiting it's arrival.
