240,000 miles
old farm truck on its 2nd motor and 4th transmission lol and it needs a tranny now, but it was free and runs strong not sure on what modifications I will do but stay tuned

Its badged as a 3/4 ton but has 6lugs , so rear axle is a 9.5" 14 bolt. Is the front bigger or still same 8.25 as Half ton truck?

I wouldn't do much, get it running good, throw some cab corners in and bedline up to the bottom body line, craigslist some wheels you like, 265 Toyo MTs and make it a hunting/work beater

Paint it with bedliner. It will fix it right up.
