I'm at the point where I don't want to spend anymore $$$ on this 14 bolt, my plans are to shorten another rear maybe a 9 inch or another 6 lug 14 bolt sf and get the axles redrilled to 5x5 to fit some wider tires under mty truck and it would be a shame to cut this rear up since it is somewhat rare.

Round two, picked up a 9 inch from a 79 Bronco it has the most popular 28 spline axles with the larger diameter wheel bearings. Draining the gear oil overnight to take the 3rd member out to see what gears are in it. It also came with a nice factory rear sway bar set up but won't be using it for the bag set up.

Ok guys, need some opinions on running hard lines for my air management. Is this possible and reliable? As most of us I want to do this one time and be done. I saw this on RGV and thought it was nice and clean.
