missing a plug? on trans....

Am I missing a threaded plug here? just noticed these 2 holes in the trans.... its located on the passenger side on trans , near these "holes" its stamped GM8680834

The left hole is a vent hole, or drain hole. The right hole is an access hole so you can see if the slave cylinder rod is seated on the clutch fork properly. There is a plug that goes in the right one but it's just to keep dirt and elements out.

dubs, thanks for the info ! I was thinking I lost all of my trans fluid... I wonder if I can order that plug... might be easier to goto a junk yard !?

I'm sure you can order one. Not sure the technical term for it. Junk yard should have one. Nv3500 or 5lm60 is the trans

I have not..... temp fix. Used some (window) flashing tape, it’s held but it’s also not my daily driver....
