Ls swap oil pressure gauge

On mine, going to the 5.3 from the 4.3 the tach was reading low and I had to set something in the tune to output the correct pulses. I can't remember what it is called now.

Stock LS tach output is the same as 4 cylinder mode on an aftermarket tach.

The instructions are for the factory tach. I had to modify it for the factory 4.3 tach to read correctly.

Thanks very much. We set the high and low to 4 for the v6 tach? I seen the setting in hp tuner

I ran the oil pressure sending unit from a 00-02 Tahoe in my 97 swap, they are a single pin design but use the same connector as the 96-99 OBS trucks. It screws right in the block with no adapters because that's the engine it was made for. Simply plug in the original connector from the OBS and your gauge will work.
