Low beams not turning on?

Very well could be dimmer switch on column or in the combination switch. If you care to share the year, I could be more sure. Or, is it a secret?

If it is the older style interior, look under the dash you'll see the switch on the column with a rod running to the turn signal switch. Unplug the connector and put a jumper between the middle wire and one of the outside ones. One wire will give you high one will give you low. If you can get low beams that way you need a dimmer switch.
