Looking for TSB #00-07-30-026 for 1996 L29 Suburban

I have the original early 96 ECM (Suburban L29) and am looking for this service bulletin to jump the wire correctly, solves transmission issues. Also how to switch the wires to run the updated 96 ECM. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure what you mean. You mean the updated version? I would guess just plug it in!

Looks like 03/96 but it's got the early ecm numbers.
