Location of all ground wires on 94 gmc sierra, anyone happen to know?

Have a few problems that seem to be related to bad grounds, at least after reading hundreds of posts all over net that is the common thread I am finding.
Was wondering if anyone happens to know the location of all the grounds?
Or maybe we could put some responses together and end up with a complete list, that would make this thread eternally useful I think.
Truck is 1994 GMC Sierra Xcab / 2wd / 5.7 TBI / Automatic 4L60E

And if you also know what the grounds are at the location please include that info. For example I know there are 4 grounds on the Thermostat housing stud but only know what one of them is.

fuel filler, taillight harness on frame rail, block to frame, block to firewall, battery to frame. then under the dash you have few.
