Ok got my old rear bumper off and got my new tow hitch on and will be testing the roll pan fitment tomorrow

Nice! Now you need an early 90's Caprice or Camaro license plate mount. They are spring loaded so it will stay down when you have the hitch in.

Get some pics when you get it in so I can see how it mounts, I need to somehow get my license plate to flip out just a fair to clear the hitch

I ordered it on eBay and it looks like it just mounts in the license plate mounting holes
