96 BD Tahoe!!!!
This project started out with a a buddy of mine and decided he would build something else. So bought this tahoe from him and hope i can take this truck to the next level. I have been wanting to find cheap 2dr 2wd Tahoe for awhile to build. At this point Rojo (my buddy) has built the frame and disassemble the Tahoe . I hope to have this truck moved to my garage this weekend so I can see what needs to be done to it.
Here what's one to the Tahoe at this point
1) truck has a body drop 6 inch
2) tub in the rear so the back seat can be kept
3) 2linked right now.
4) custom upper control arms
My plans
1) 4link truck so I can keep back seat
2) install my 422 sbc motor
3) redone the to all black
4) remove all bags
5) make it more a prostreet truck
6) coil over the rear
7) install a 14 bolt sf
8) whatever else I can think of
The plans is to remove the frame to reinforce it or the power of a 422 sbc motor. Let me know what you think. Has anyone install a parller 4link and kept the rear seat.
